We are currently seeking experienced Lead Line Cooks at Spruce.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  1. 1-2 years of experience; fine dining experience is a big plus.
  2. Inspiration, drive, a keen sense of urgency, and a passion for local and sustainable cuisine.
  3. Knowledge and adherence to standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, kitchen rules, company policies, and procedures.
  4. Ability to stock and maintain sufficient food levels at line stations for smooth service.
  5. Maintain a clean and sanitary work station.
  6. Follow proper plate presentation and garnish setup for all dishes.

Seeking professionalism, a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to succeed in a constructive kitchen environment with growth potential in a family of restaurants.
