The Good & Proper Wood Fired Bistro, soon to open inside AC Hotel McKinney, is accepting resumes for the Lead Line Cook position.

We are seeking an excellent cook who follows directions to deliver well-prepared meals, moves deftly in a busy kitchen, and multitasks effectively.

Responsibilities include setting up workstations, preparing ingredients, cooking with various utensils, maintaining cleanliness, proper storage, and ingredient quality checks.

• Experience with various ingredients and cooking techniques.

The soon-to-open Good & Proper Wood Fired Bistro located in the new AC Hotel McKinney is now accepting resumes for the position of Lead Line Cook.
