Peachtree Group Hospitality Management is seeking a Lead Line Cook for the new Good & Proper Wood Fired Bistro at the AC Hotel McKinney. The role requires excellent cooking skills, instruction-following, and the ability to multitask in a busy kitchen.

You will set up stations, prepare ingredients, cook with various utensils, and maintain sanitation and inventory. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and retirement plan to support a healthy work-life balance.

Description

The soon-to-open Good & Proper Wood Fired Bistro located in the new AC Hotel McKinney is now accepting resumes for the position of Lead Line Cook.

We are seeking an excellent cook that will follow instructions in cooking and delivering well-prepared meals. They must be deft in moving around the kitchen and apt in multi-tasking. Experience in using various ingredients and cooking techniques is also important.

• Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
• Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat, etc.)
• Cook food in various utensils or grillers
• Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
