Woon - Back of House Lead

Woon is a homestyle Chinese restaurant located in Historic Filipinotown. We are a high-volume restaurant with a small team that wears many hats and collaborates to get things done.

We are seeking a Back of House Lead who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with our CDC and Sous Chef to manage a tight-knit team, oversee production schedules, improve service efficiencies, train new staff on specials, and facilitate communication.

The schedule will involve overseeing prep shifts and expo shifts to supervise service.

Position Details:

• Full-Time, 5 days per week
• Experience with wok or sauté is a plus

Requirements:

• Lead Line Cook experience is required
• Strong leadership and communication skills are a must
• Food Handler's Card required
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Must be CLEAN, organized, and a team player
