Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and submittal documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with ERP/purchasing systems, spreadsheets, and document management tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform takeoffs from plans and specifications to determine lighting fixture quantities and scope.
• Coordinate lighting submittals and purchase orders with distributors and manufacturers.
• Track lead times, production schedules, and shipment status with distributors/reps; communicate delivery schedules to stakeholders.
• Serve as primary contact for delivery issues, damaged materials, and warranty matters; coordinate substitutions or repairs.
• Coordinate project closeout and warranty documentation.
