Hedrick Brothers Construction Co., Inc. is seeking a Lighting Project Manager to oversee lighting fixture packages from award to closeout on luxury residential, commercial, and multifamily projects in Florida.

You will coordinate with lighting reps, manufacturers, distributors, and customers, ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining project documentation. The role requires strong organization, schedule management, and communication skills; travel across South and Central Florida is expected

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in lighting, electrical distribution, construction project management, project coordination, or construction procurement.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Technology, Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage lighting fixture packages from project award through closeout.
• Perform fixture takeoffs from plans and specifications.
• Solicit and evaluate vendor quotations; prepare pricing packages for approval.
• Issue purchase orders and coordinate with vendors on production, shipping, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain procurement logs and resolve backorders, substitutions, and discrepancies.
• Coordinate delivery sequencing with project teams to support schedules.
