You will guide a team of lighting artists, pushing the boundaries of visual artistry and collaborating closely with art directors and technical teams. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute lighting and rendering strategies for projects, ensuring artistic vision and technical requirements are met.

• Collaborate with art directors and level designers to establish mood, atmosphere, and visual appeal through lighting.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Lighting Artist in the gaming or film industry, with demonstrated leadership experience.
