San Antonio Water System seeks a Foreperson-Lift Stations to supervise a crew performing inspection and maintenance of wastewater lift stations. The role reports to a Superintendent and includes an automatic progression to Senior Foreperson after five years of experience.

The position requires a valid CDL-A Texas Driver’s License with Tanker endorsement, a high school diploma or GED, and relevant experience in water or wastewater facilities. Safety and teamwork are essential.

Qualificações

• Trains, mentors, and supervises crew members and evaluates performance.
• Reads and interprets construction plans and manuals for lifts stations.
• Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed at all times.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises inspection and maintenance of lift stations and wet wells.
• Oversees repairs of mechanical equipment and piping in lift stations.
• Coordinates with other teams and supports procurement of parts.
