Job summary

Tahoe Donner Association is seeking a fun, high-energy Lift Operator to join our winter operations in Truckee, CA. This seasonal role operates chair lifts, manages loading areas, and ensures safe guest experiences in diverse winter conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications recommended.

• Must pass lift operations exam prior to operating a lift.
• Willing to work holidays and busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate chair lifts and maintain terminal area for safe loading.
• Perform crowd control and check lift tickets and passes.
• Maintain loading/unloading ramps, signage, barriers, ropes, and maze lines.
• Provide positive guest relations and safety guidance to riders and staff.
• Work outdoors in winter weather and contribute to daily lift operations.

Job DetailsJob Location: Downhill Ski Resort - Truckee, CA 96161Position Type: SeasonalSalary Range: $19.68 - $27.16 HourlyJob Shift: AnyTahoe Donner Association is looking for a fun and high-energy lift operators to join our winter operations! This position is responsible for operating chair lifts and maintains terminal area. This position performs crowd control, checks lift tickets and lift passes. This is an outside job working in a variety of winter weather elements. The Lift Operator oversees the daily operation of a chair lift in a safe and efficient manner while promoting positive guest relations with riders and co-workers. This position maintains the loading and unloading ramps, sets up signage, barrier fencing, ropes and maze lines.

Qualifications
