Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of lift or mountain operations experience preferred.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of resort lifts, including scheduling staff and procedures for opening/closing lifts.
• Assist with hiring, training, and supervising operators and scanners.
• Monitor and document lift operator performance; provide feedback and recognition or corrective action as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, policies, and safety procedures for guest safety.
• Collaborate with ski patrol, mountain safety, lift maintenance, and lift electric teams to resolve mountain issues.
