Job summary

Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton, FL seeks an experienced Lead Lifeguard to assist the Aquatics Supervisor with management of the aquatics programming for a busy members-only environment. The Lead Lifeguard will perform lifeguard duties, help with events, enforce safety rules, and ensure a clean, welcoming pool area for members and guests.

Candidates should have supervisory experience, CPR/AED certification, and an active lifeguard credential.

Qualifications

• Active lifeguard certification through the American Red Cross
• Availability to work weekends & holidays
• 1–2 years prior experience as a Lead Lifeguard, required
• Previous supervisory experience, required

Responsibilities

• Provide lifeguard emergency rescue for members and guests
• Enforce pool rules and safety guidelines
• Maintain inventory of towels and coordinate laundry
• Ensure pool area is cleaned and presentable daily
