County of Santa Cruz is seeking a Head Lifeguard to supervise staff, ensure safety, and manage aquatics operations. You will lead lifeguard teams, supervise training, and coordinate schedules while enforcing water safety rules and responding to emergencies.

The role requires American Red Cross Lifeguard Training and CPR certifications, along with strong leadership and communication skills. You may oversee swim lessons, equipment, and program best practices in a dynamic aquatic facility.

Competenze

• Requires American Red Cross Lifeguard Training Certificate and CPR Certificate.
