Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Director of Life Cycle Assessment & Product Stewardship in New Brunswick, NJ to lead cradle-to-gate LCAs and product carbon footprints for our portfolio. You will build scalable processes, govern methodologies, and drive data-driven decisions across development, manufacturing, and procurement.

You will translate external regulations into internal programs, partner across functions, and help embed life cycle thinking early in design while advancing digital PCF/LCA

Qualifications

Advanced degree in environmental engineering, chemical engineering, industrial ecology, chemistry or related field, or bachelor with LCA/PCF experience.
10+ years of relevant industrial experience with cradle-to-grave LCAs and product carbon footprints.

Responsabilités

Lead LCAs and PCFs for products that are audit-ready and third-party verifiable.
Build internal governance, standard methodologies, and digital tools for PCF/LCA outputs.
Embed LCA/PCF into design, formulation, packaging, device, and sourcing decisions early.
Represent BMS in industry workstreams/projects and translate regulations into internal programs.
