Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Economics or Statistics; MBA and/or certification preferred.
• 10+ years of professional Life insurance/financial services/consulting experience; some consulting required.
• ASA, FSA, MAAA designations preferred.
• Knowledge of financial modeling, valuation, ALM, pricing, and actuarial software.
• Ability to lead discussions with executives and senior managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of actuarial professionals on regulatory engagements.
• Prepare or review actuarial analyses, staff projects, and manage budgets and timelines.
• Drive business development and cultivate client relationships.
• Contribute to the firm’s intellectual capital and improve practice operations.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure quality of final work products.
