Sterling St James LLC is hiring Licensed Well Drillers for its South Jersey operations. You will operate hollow stem auger, direct push and Geoprobe rigs, install and abandon monitoring wells to NJDEP standards, and collect soil, rock and groundwater samples.

Formación

• NJDEP-issued well driller license required (Journeyman/Master/Monitoring Well classes accepted).
• Minimum 2 years operating environmental or geotechnical drilling rigs.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL Class A strongly preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather; pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsabilidades

• Operate hollow stem auger, direct push and Geoprobe rigs on NJ/PA/DE sites.
• Install, develop and abandon monitoring wells to NJDEP standards.
• Collect soil, rock and groundwater samples; log SPT blow counts and report drilling data.
• Run a safe site with daily rig inspections, PPE and traffic control.
• Maintain rig, tooling and support vehicle; report repairs.
• Lead and train a driller helper; operate with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate with PMs, geologists and clients to keep jobs on schedule.
