Job summary

Yellow Jacket Drilling Services, LLC. is hiring full-time Auger Drillers to operate advanced auger rigs across multiple sites, lead field crews, and ensure safety and environmental standards are met.

Candidates should have strong mechanical aptitude, leadership experience, and hands-on drilling experience with hollow stem auger, HQ wireline coring, and monitoring well installations. Travel-heavy role with shifts 10–12 hours long and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Driller’s License in NV & TX preferred.
• CDL with no restrictions.
• MSHA & OSHA 40-hour training.
• Strong safety awareness and teamwork.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Supervise drill crew while enforcing safety.
• Operate auger rigs and perform basic repairs.
• Complete time sheets, reports, and logs.
• Coordinate with clients and site managers.
• Inspect equipment for safe operation.
