H. T. PROF Group is seeking two Licensed Well Drillers for its environmental drilling division in the South Jersey area. The role involves operating hollow stem auger, direct push and Geoprobe rigs on environmental and geotechnical sites, and coordinating with project managers to keep schedules.

We offer home most nights, overtime, health insurance, and a 401(k) plan. NJDEP licensed drillers with 2+ years' experience are preferred; Delaware license is a plus.

Qualifications

• NJDEP licensed well driller required.
• 2+ years operating environmental/geotechnical drill rigs.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; CDL Class A preferred.
• Delaware license a plus; pay premium.
• Outdoor work in all weather and terrain; pre-employment checks.
• Reliable, safety minded, lead on a two-person crew.
• Assistant drillers with NJ license considered for light supervision

Responsibilities

• Operate hollow stem auger, direct push and Geoprobe rigs on sites across NJ/PA/DE.
• Install, develop and abandon monitoring wells to NJDEP standards.
• Collect soil, rock and groundwater samples; log SPT blow counts and drilling data.
• Run a safe site with daily rig inspections, utility clearance, PPE, and clean area.
• Maintain rig, tooling and support truck; report repairs early.
• Lead and train a driller helper; run jobs with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate with project managers, geologists and clients to keep schedules
