Qualifications

• Must hold a valid psychology license (PA or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, and participate in clinical services provided by psychology staff
• Develop and implement new/updated psychological services programs for inmate treatment
• Lead administrative efforts; align with PA DOC policies and accreditation standards
• Provide expert guidance to staff development and training initiatives
• Review psychological assessments, update medical profiles, and testify as needed
