Qualifications

• Maintain Optical license as required by the state.
• Optical sales experience; supervising experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and build associate relationships.
• Strong understanding of store operations and standards for success.
• Excellent communication skills for team management.
• ABO and NCLE Certified

Responsibilities

• Drives, monitors, and achieves profit, sales and performance goals according to National Vision standards.
• Oversees eyeglass department efficiency and policy compliance; identifies opportunities for improvement.
• Provides outstanding customer service and ensures staff deliver the same.
• Ensures quality standards are met across all operations.
• Oversees merchandising, promotions, pricing, and initiatives per brand standards.
• Supervises and motivates Opticians and sales associates; supports staffing and scheduling.
