Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of facial/skincare experience.
• Nights & Weekends availability.
• Retail sales experience required.
• Dermalogica experience preferred.
• Ability to perform 50-minute facials, microdermabrasion, peels, waxing.
• Carry liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level skincare services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on client goals.
• Participate in hands-on training, workshops and webinars.
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management.
• Create an exceptional experience for members/guests with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Generate new clientele through member referrals and memberships.

• Adhere to local and state licensing/certification laws and regulations.
• Carry liability insurance.
• Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product line as it relates to Facial Specialists
