What You’ll Do

• Act as our spa's lead / trainer and ensure the team is meeting its goals
• Perform high‑quality facial and skincare services while consulting with clients and build personalized treatment plans
• Recommend retail products, upgrades, and memberships
• Meet or exceed service and retail sales goals
• Build long‑term client relationships through education and results

What We’re Looking For

• Active Esthetician license (state‑required)
• Proven retail and in‑room upgrade performance
• Sales‑focused, goal‑oriented, and self‑motivated
• Professional, reliable, and team‑driven
• Liability insurance required
