Responsibilities

• Operate HVAC equipment and maintain operator logs.
• Inspect facility and grounds for safety; report issues.
• Establish cleaning schedules and perform housekeeping to standards.
• Monitor inventory and ensure tools are used per guidelines.
• Coach and lead custodial staff; assign tasks and supervise quality.
• Deliver courteous service to students, staff, and administrators.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
