Responsibilities

• Maintain preventative maintenance records and troubleshoot problems.
• Coordinate supply and equipment needs; supervise custodial staff under guidance.
• Operate HVAC equipment per guidelines and inspect facilities for safety.
• Develop courteous service with students, administrators and staff.
• Assign tasks to custodial staff under building administrator supervision.
