Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day activities of support staff.
• Assesses and resolves or escalates problems within the unit.
• Assists in developing policies and procedures in support of the unit.
• Contributes to long-range planning and budget considerations.
• Coordinates multiple projects, services and workflows to meet deadlines.
• Ensures quality, consistent service delivery and staff development.
