LEGO Group is seeking a Manager, US LEGO League Events & Experiences, to lead the US event ecosystem from planning to execution. You will translate global strategy into US plans, coordinating with internal and external partners to deliver high-quality experiences across local, regional, and national events.

You will manage readiness, training, and continuous improvement, ensuring consistent execution while protecting brand standards and global program direction.

Qualifications

• Delivered large-scale youth or education-focused events from planning through execution.
• Implemented or improved event guides and training materials for consistent delivery.
• Coordinated readiness, training, and follow-through for volunteer, judging, or partner programs.
• Used event data and feedback to enhance participant experience and event effectiveness.
• Managed risks and changing operational needs while preserving participant experience.
• Collaborated with US and global teams to align local execution with global planning.

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver annual US LEGO League event ecosystem from local to national levels.
• Coordinate across internal and external partners to ensure quality experiences.
• Lead readiness, training, and operational plans for events and volunteers.
• Protect LEGO Education brand standards while localizing global event guidance for US markets.
• Develop and maintain event budgets, suppliers, and resource schedules.
• Foster collaboration between US teams and global LEGO League stakeholders.
