As our Manager, US LEGO League Events & Experiences, you'll manage the planning and delivery of the US LEGO League event ecosystem in line with our global strategy. You'll translate global direction into US execution plans, coordinate across internal and external partners, and ensure each US event experience reflects the quality, consistency, and purpose of the program. From seasonal readiness and event operations to volunteer enablement and continuous improvement, you'll play a hands‑on role in bringing the LEGO League experience to life across local, regional, and national events.
If you've worked in a role where you've balanced multiple stakeholders, managed event operations at scale, and turned strategy into successful execution, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to deliver high‑quality experiences while keeping partners, volunteers, and participants at the center of every decision.
You'll be part of the US Marketing team, working closely with the Global LEGO League team, operational partners, and colleagues across marketing, sales, and product experience. We value collaboration, clear communication, thoughtful problem‑solving, adaptability, and strong stewardship of the LEGO League experience. It's a team that shares ideas openly, learns from each season, and works together to create meaningful experiences for young people.
Success means delivering a seamless and inclusive US event experience while maintaining alignment with global standards and priorities. You'll build trusted partnerships, strengthen operational readiness, and create clearer pathways for continuous improvement. You'll work closely with US and global stakeholders to share US market learning, strengthen execution, and help the program grow its impact over the seasons ahead.
