Match Group seeks a hands-on builder to develop AI-powered legal tools that assist attorneys across Tinder, Hinge, Match, OkCupid, Plenty of Fish, and more. You will prototype, ship, and iterate with lawyers in the loop, shaping how AI supports research, analysis, and regulatory tracking within a scalable, brand-spanning framework.

The role combines engineering, product, and legal expertise to create AI solutions that improve judgment, speed, and quality of legal work across brands.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years building, deploying, or applying AI products and tools at an AI-forward tech company, a startup, a law firm innovation team, or in-house, and 2+ years building hands-on with LLMs.
• Hands-on experience with prompting, agentic workflows, retrieval-augmented generation, evaluations, and basics of fine-tuning or model selection
• Strong technical fluency: building working systems yourself, APIs and data, and reasoning about integrations, permissions, and guardrails
• Track record of shipping to real users, learning from how they use it, and iterating
• Excellent communication across legal, technical, and business audiences

Aufgaben

• Identify high-leverage AI opportunities across Match Group's Legal teams and brands.
• Design and build AI-powered tools and agents that handle real legal work end-to-end or with attorneys.
• Onboard attorneys and end users, gather feedback, and produce usable tooling and training.
• Build evaluation harnesses and metrics to monitor quality and performance.
• Coordinate with Legal Ops, IT, Security, and Privacy for tool governance.
