Job summary

The Aspen Group (TAG) is seeking a Senior Manager of Learning Design & Innovation to lead the Instructional Design team and translate strategy into scalable learning solutions across the organization. You will drive AI-enabled learning, pilots, standards, and collaborations with Learning Technology and business partners, delivering measurable impact on performance and outcomes.

This role requires 7+ years in L&D and strong leadership in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in learning and development.
• 3+ years of experience leading learning professionals.
• Experience applying AI-enabled learning solutions or emerging learning technologies.
• Experience designing medium- to large-scale learning initiatives with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Instructional Design Team.
• Oversee learning design execution and quality from discovery through implementation.
• Translate learning design strategy into clear team priorities and standards.
• Lead AI-enabled learning solutions and efficiency improvements.
• Scale successful innovations across L&D with reusable tools and templates.
• Partner across L&D and the business to align learning with performance needs.
• Serve as a senior learning design partner for high-visibility initiatives.
