Job summary

TEAM, Inc. is seeking an experienced Advanced Technician Leak Repair - Level III to lead leak repair operations at client sites in Alvin, TX. The role emphasizes safety, mentorship, and technical excellence as you oversee repair tasks and ensure quality outcomes.

The position involves field leadership, training, and collaboration with supervision and engineering, with travel as needed. A high school diploma or technical training is preferred, and prior leak repair experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Technical school, industry or relevant training preferred.
• One or more years of experience is preferred.
• Driving License, TWIC Card, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess leaking component(s) and report findings to supervisory personnel and engineering.
• Lead and perform leak repair operations per technician certification and company procedures.
• Attend and complete required training to maintain competence and improve skills.
• Supervise and mentor lesser qualified leak repair technicians.
• Document all service activities as required.
