Job summary

TEAM, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Leak Repair Technician to lead and perform repair and work scopes as a Lead Level III technician. You will mentor and supervise younger technicians while ensuring safety and quality in every job.

Responsibilities include compliance with safety procedures, assessing leaking components, and executing leak repair operations using techniques such as drill and tap, wire and band, and clamp and enclosure installation. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Technical school, industry training or relevant training preferred.
• One or more years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess leaking components and report findings to supervision and engineering.
• Lead leak repair operations and ensure quality per company processes.
• Perform techniques: drill and tap; wire and band; clamp and enclosure installation.
• Attend training to maintain competence and develop skills.
• Supervise and mentor lesser-qualified leak repair technicians.
• Document all service activities.
• Ensure safety procedures and proper equipment are used.
• Travel to multiple job sites as needed.
