Job summary

TEAM, Inc. is seeking an experienced Leak Repair Technician to lead and perform leak repair operations in field service environments.

You will ensure safety procedures are followed and that all work aligns with company processes and quality standards. The role involves assessing leaking components, reporting findings to supervisors and engineering, and executing repair tasks with techniques such as drilling, tapping, wiring, banding, clamping, and enclosure installation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Technical school, industry training or relevant certifications preferred.
• 1+ years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform leak repair operations in accordance with company processes.
• Assess leaking components and report findings to supervision and engineering.
• Document all service activities as required.
• Maintain safety procedures and job documentation during all tasks.
• Attend required training to maintain competence and improve skills.
