Job summary

TEAM Industrial Services is seeking a highly experienced Leak Repair Technician Lead Level III to lead and perform repair scopes, mentor staff, and ensure safety and quality in leak repair operations at field offices or client sites. The role emphasizes leadership, hands-on repair, and adherence to safety protocols.

The position requires compliance with safety procedures, ability to manage multiple tasks, and travel to various sites as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Technical/Industry training preferred.
• One or more years of experience preferred.
• Driving license and TWIC card preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead leak repair operations following company processes and procedures.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and all job documentation is completed.
• Supervise and mentor lesser qualified leak repair technicians.
• Attend and complete required training to maintain competence and knowledge.
• Document all service activities and evaluate repair performance.
