Job summary

A key player in bioanalysis is seeking a Sr. Scientist to join their team in Kansas City, Missouri. This role involves designing and executing bioanalytical projects, training junior scientists, and ensuring compliance with study protocols. Candidates must have a degree in Chemistry or related field and at least 5 years of experience in LC-MS/MS. Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience with LC-MS/MS.
• Experience with proteins, peptides, and small molecule biomarkers preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in a Principal Investigator role.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute all phases of assigned projects including sample preparation.
• Act as lead scientist and provide technical training to junior staff.
• Be responsible for all client communication related to study conduct.
• Interact with QAU to resolve audit issues.
• Ensure compliance of study activities with protocols and regulations.
• Prepare data summaries for senior scientists.
