Job summary

A growing contract research organization in Kansas City is seeking a Sr. Scientist to lead projects in Mass Spec Bioanalysis Development. You will utilize your extensive experience in LC-MS/MS to design studies, ensure data integrity, and communicate with clients. Ideal candidates will have a background in chemistry or a related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with LC-MS/MS technology.
• 2-3 years of experience in a Principal Investigator role.
• Familiarity with reversed phase and Hilic chromatography is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute phases of projects including method development.
• Act as a lead scientist and provide training to junior staff.
• Ensure compliance with study protocols, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare data summaries for client updates.
