Job summary

Air Apps in San Francisco is seeking a Creative Producer (Video Producer) to lead end-to-end video production, strengthening brand storytelling, educating users, and driving engagement across social, web, and in-app channels. You’ll shape concepts, scripts, and visuals in collaboration with Marketing, Creative, and Product teams.

This role blends creative leadership with disciplined project management to deliver high-quality videos on schedule and within budget, while upholding brand standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field.
• Approximately 3+ years of experience in video production, including conceptualization, filming, and editing.
• Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and knowledge of production equipment.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Concept & Script: Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Product teams to develop video concepts, write scripts, and create storyboards.
• Production Management: Oversee all aspects of video production, including hiring crews, sourcing talent, managing sets and locations, and equipment.
• Post-Production Oversight: Guide editing, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics for polished content.
• Platform Optimization: Optimize assets for social media, web, and in-app content while maintaining quality.
• Budgeting & Quality Control: Maintain brand standards, deadlines, and budget constraints.
