Job summary

RXO is seeking a Last Mile Operations Supervisor for the 3rd shift. You will lead associates, assign daily tasks, monitor inventories, and ensure safety and efficiency across the last mile operations.

The role requires at least 2 years in supervision and 5 years in logistics, with strong communication and leadership skills. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred. Compensation ranges around $70,000–$75,000 with potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• 5 years of experience in logistics and/or transportation.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assign work activities and monitor group activities.
• Instruct associates in proper equipment, procedures and housekeeping requirements; guide team in safety.
• Monitor and maintain availability of tools, materials and supplies.
• Oversee usage of equipment and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Manage inventory, including monitoring levels and reconciliation.
• Assist with resolving problems to maximize associate productivity.
