Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance or Engineering is required.
• Minimum 5 years in project/business development or PM in U.S. natural gas pipelines.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through early project stages.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end development and early-stage scoping of large-scale midstream projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across commercial, engineering, regulatory, land and development.
• Deliver investment decision support packages: scope, schedule, cost, risks and return.
• Engage regulators, landowners, and stakeholders throughout development.
• Travel up to 25% as required.
