Job summary

Reeves Young in Greenville, SC is seeking an experienced management professional to lead construction projects, owning scope, schedule, cost and quality while coordinating with engineers, architects and vendors to deliver on contract requirements.

You will conduct pre-job meetings with subcontractors, monitor financial status, and use software including Outlook, Word, Excel, ProCore, MS Project, Viewpoint and Bluebeam to plan and track progress.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large construction projects with control of scope, cost and schedule.
• Knowledge of contract requirements, drawings, specs, estimates and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-job meetings with subcontractors addressing schedule, quality and coordination.
• Monitor subcontractor status, vendor status, labor payroll and overhead throughout a project.
• Utilize project software to plan, track and manage progress.
