Job summary

Reeves Young LLC is seeking a skilled Project Controls/Management professional to support Rock Hill, SC, operations. You will create and maintain project controls, track changes, RFIs, submittals and shop drawings, and ensure strong financial performance across projects.

You will manage material logs, support the change process, and generate regular reports using Viewpoint, Procore, Adobe, Bluebeam and MS Project. This role emphasizes compliance and collaboration with the office and field teams.

Qualifications

• Experience creating, updating and maintaining project controls across multiple projects.
• Ability to track responses to RFIs, submittals, shop drawings and close-out items.
• Familiarity with contract terms and compliance requirements on construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Create, update and maintain a variety of project controls that track project status, changes, RFI, shop drawings and submittals.
• Manage material tracking logs to ensure buyout, submittals, shop drawings and samples are awarded and scheduled.
• Support change management by updating logs, obtaining pricing, drafting change orders.
• Produce reports using Viewpoint, ProCore, Adobe, Bluebeam and MS Project.
• Ensure project processes comply with contract terms and regulatory requirements.
