Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience as a cost estimator/project manager.
• Maintains a valid and current GA driver's license.
• Successfully pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers.
• Examine and inspect work progress and construction sites.
• Estimate material or worker requirements to complete jobs.
• Communicate effectively with management and sub-contractors.
• Manage multiple construction projects.
