Job Title: Project Manager - Large Loss

Job Summary

Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers throughout the insurance claims process, construction scheduling, and project management.

General Accountabilities

• Examine and inspect work progress and construction sites to verify safety and to ensure that specifications are met.
• Read specifications, such as Xactimate estimates, to determine construction requirements or to plan procedures.
• Estimate material or worker requirements to complete jobs.
• Supervise, coordinate, or schedule the activities of construction workers and laborers.
• Confirm budget and work orders before start of project.
• Communicate effectively with management, other departments, and sub-contractors to complete the repair process in a timely manner.
• Manage multiple construction projects.
• Order materials or supplies.
• Record information such as personnel, production, or operational data on specified forms or reports.

Job Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: At least 2 years' experience as a cost estimator/project manager
• Proficiency in Xactimate estimating software.
• Maintains a valid and current Ga driver’s license.
