Job summary

CW Resources in Miramar, FL, is seeking a Landscaping Supervisor to lead outdoor crews on a military installation. You will coordinate daily assignments, mentor crew members, and ensure safe, efficient grounds maintenance under the supervision of the Landscaping Project Manager.

The role requires 2–4 years of landscaping experience and 2–3 years in a lead or supervisory capacity, with valid driver’s license, RealID, and eligibility for TS/SCI security clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of landscaping experience.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a landscaping lead or assistant supervisory role.
• Experience operating landscaping equipment and machinery.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, hazard recognition, and safe work practices.
• Valid driver’s license and RealID.
• U.S. citizen eligible to obtain TS/SCI security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Landscaping Project Manager with daily crew coordination and work assignments.
• Provide guidance and support to crew members in the field.
• Help ensure landscaping work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
• Assist with training employees on equipment use, safety procedures, and best practices.
• Monitor equipment, vehicles, tools, and materials; report maintenance or supply needs.
• Conduct routine site inspections to maintain quality and identify areas for improvement.
• Serve as one of the primary points of contact for crews when the Project Manager is unavailable.
• Communicate job progress, concerns, and operational needs to management.
• Perform landscaping and grounds maintenance duties alongside the crew as needed.
