Job summary

CW Resources is seeking a dependable Commercial Landscaping Supervisor to oversee daily operations outdoors at Miramar, FL. You will partner with the Landscaping Project Manager to coordinate crew tasks, guide field staff, and ensure high-quality grounds maintenance in a professional, safety‑minded environment.

The role requires 2–3 years landscaping experience, 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity, and the ability to operate equipment safely.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of landscaping experience.
• 1–2 years in a landscaping lead or assistant supervisory role.
• Experience operating landscaping equipment and machinery.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance and groundskeeping practices.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, hazard recognition, and safe work practices.
• Valid driver’s license and valid RealID.
• Security Clearance Requirement: U.S. citizens eligible to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Landscaping Project Manager with daily crew coordination and work assignments.
• Provide guidance and support to crew members in the field.
• Ensure landscaping work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
• Assist with training employees on equipment use, safety procedures, and best practices.
• Monitor equipment, vehicles, tools, and materials; report maintenance or supply needs.
• Conduct routine site inspections to maintain quality and identify areas for improvement.
• Serve as a primary contact for crews when the Project Manager is unavailable.
• Communicate job progress and operational needs to management.
• Perform landscaping and grounds maintenance duties alongside the crew as needed.
