Job summary

CW Resources, Inc. is seeking a dependable Landscaping Supervisor to join our outdoors team in Miramar, FL. You will work with the Landscaping Project Manager to coordinate daily crew activities, supervise field staff, and ensure safe, efficient, high‑quality grounds maintenance on a military installation.

Requirements include 2–3 years in landscaping, 1–2 years in lead roles, equipment operation experience, OSHA safety knowledge, and U.S. citizenship with eligibility for TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of landscaping experience.
• 1–2 years in a landscaping lead or supervisor role.
• Experience operating landscaping equipment.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance and groundskeeping.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safe work practices.
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices and ability to enforce safety standards.
• Valid driver’s license and RealID.
• U.S. citizen eligible to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Landscaping Project Manager with daily crew coordination and work assignments.
• Provide guidance and support to crew members in the field.
• Help ensure landscaping work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
• Assist with training employees on equipment use, safety procedures, and best practices.
• Monitor equipment, vehicles, tools, and materials; report maintenance or supply needs.
• Conduct routine site inspections to maintain quality and identify areas for improvement.
• Serve as one of the primary contacts for crews when the Project Manager is unavailable.
• Communicate job progress, concerns, and operational needs to management.
• Perform landscaping and grounds maintenance duties alongside the crew as needed.
