Job summary

Premier Service is seeking an experienced Landscaping Construction Foreman to join our growing team. This hands-on leader will supervise crews during hardscape and softscape installations, ensure safety, efficiency, and adherence to Premier Service’s quality standards.

The role requires verifying work quality, operating skid steer and mini excavator, coordinating daily tasks, and maintaining timely payroll and vehicle checks. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading small crews as a working Foreman.
• Ability to read and interpret designs and blueprints.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Valid Driver’s License and insurability guidelines.
• Knowledge of hardscape and softscape grading, drainage and planting installation.
• Irrigation and lighting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to perform tasks safely while delivering quality service.
• Perform and oversee hardscape and softscape installation and improvements.
• Operate skid steer and mini excavator as needed.
• Drive company truck with trailer and perform daily vehicle inspections.
• Delegate tasks to crew members to ensure timely completion of all jobs.
• Verify and submit crew timesheets to meet weekly payroll deadlines.
