Job summary

Premier Service is seeking an experienced Landscaping Construction Foreman to join our growing team. This hands-on leader will supervise crews during hardscape and softscape installations, ensure safety, efficiency, and adherence to Premier Service’s quality standards.

The role requires verifying work quality, operating skid steer and mini excavator, coordinating daily tasks, and maintaining timely payroll and vehicle checks. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading small crews as a working Foreman.
• Ability to read and interpret designs and blueprints.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Valid Driver’s License and insurability guidelines.
• Knowledge of hardscape and softscape grading, drainage and planting installation.
• Irrigation and lighting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Landscaping Construction Foreman is responsible for leading crews in hardscape and softscape installations and landscape improvements. This role oversees daily operations in the field while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to Premier Service’s quality standards.

Essential Job Functions

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License and ability to meet Premier Service’s driver eligibility and insurability guidelines
• Working knowledge of softscape and hardscape grading, drainage, and planting installation
• Irrigation and lighting experience a plus

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including possible weekends
• Ability to communicate and conduct business professionally at all times

Physical Requirements

• Extended periods of outdoor walking during shifts
• Frequent stooping, bending, climbing, and grasping
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs
