Job summary

Premier Service is seeking an experienced Landscaping Construction Foreman to lead crews in hardscape and softscape installations and landscape improvements. You will oversee daily field operations, ensuring safety and quality while adhering to Premier Service’s standards.

Key responsibilities include supervising crews, operating equipment like skid steer and mini excavator, driving the company truck, and managing timesheets for weekly payroll. Weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Prior landscaping crew leadership experience.
• Knowledge of softscape and hardscape grading and drainage.
• Ability to read designs and blueprints.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to perform tasks safely while delivering quality service.
• Oversee hardscape and softscape installation and improvements.
• Operate skid steer and mini excavator as needed.
• Drive company truck with trailer and perform daily vehicle inspections.
• Delegate tasks to crew members to ensure timely completion of jobs.
• Submit crew timesheets to meet weekly payroll deadlines.
