Premier Services is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Foreman to lead field crews in delivering high-quality landscape services and to help develop a top-performing team. This hands-on leadership role emphasizes craftsmanship, safety, and mentoring others.

The Foreman will supervise daily operations, ensure safety and quality, operate landscaping equipment, and coordinate with management to drive efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and ability to meet company driving/insurability standards.
• Previous experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, or horticulture.
• Proven experience leading a crew as a Foreman or Crew Lead.
• Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with team members and clients.
• Willingness to work a consistent schedule with occasional weekend work during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee the use of commercial landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.).

Job Summary
