Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking a skilled landscaper for industrial, commercial, and public properties. The Landscaper III will perform complex tasks, operate commercial-grade equipment safely, and ensure proper care of plant materials and landscape elements.

Starting pay range is $15-$17 per hour, with increases possible based on experience and certifications. The role requires a valid driver's license and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays as needed, at sites

Qualifications

• Education and certification requirements listed in the job description include age, equipment certifications, and pesticide certification.
• Candidates must have 6 months of accident-free performance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain site details and quality.
• Lead and perform duties when the Crew Leader is not on site.
• Collaborate with Crew Leader to troubleshoot and meet schedule.
• Complete punch lists without supervision.
• Provide solutions to deliver quality results.
• Operate mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers safely.
• Prune shrubs/trees as needed for shape and health.
• Identify irrigation issues and coordinate fixes with Crew Leader.
• Repair sprinkler heads as needed.
• Plant and maintain flowerbeds.
• Coach teammates on safety topics weekly.
• Assist the Crew Leader/Production Manager in coaching team members.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with guests and customers.
