BrightView Landscapes, LLC seeks a Landscaper III to maintain industrial, commercial, and public properties with independent work. You will operate commercial equipment, prune shrubs, plant beds, and coach teammates on safety and efficiency.

The role requires certifications for Level 3 equipment and pesticide application, a strong safety mindset, and flexibility for weekend hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and dependable, with ability to operate landscaping gear safely.
• Certifications for Level 3 equipment and pesticide application required.
• Demonstrated accident-free performance for at least 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Proactively maintain site detail and quality.
• Lead and perform duties when Crew Leader absent on site.
• Operate turf equipment and manage weed control and pruning tasks.
• Coach teammates on safety and preventive maintenance.
